The intent of this Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy ("Policy") is that the persons who are registered as members for the purpose of using the platform ("Platform") operated by IDEV TECHNOLABS ("iDevex") and accessed from www.idevex.in (" User ") iDev and / or other forms of personal data obtained in other forms. 1. Definition of personal data

iDevex personal data processing without explicit consent is only possible in cases where a limited number of cases are dealt with under the Protection of Personal Data Act No. 6698. iDev shall be able to process and share personal data with third parties in the presence of one of the conditions set out in Articles 5 and 8 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, without obtaining the User's consent. 6. Your rights to your personal data
